Setting up on a gobbler has become somewhat of a lost art with many of todays turkey hunters. Your set-up can make or break a turkey hunt. A set-up is essentially your control center while a hunter is working a gobbler into gun or bow range. This week we are joined by Steve Stoltz, and we talk about that very topic. Steve was on the podcast in the fall, talking about whitetail deer hunting and his new app, The Whitetail Tech App. Steve hunts turkeys all across the United States each spring, and sets-up on many gobblers each year. We talk about some of the successful set-ups we’ve each had, as well as some of the failures.
