Bought 3 boxes this season. Was pattering my new gun. The brass is coming off the shell, don’t know if they are safe. My handloads work great, the new Apex shells are not the quality they used to be.
-Justin TothIncredibly great hunting patterns at long and short range with my Ithaca 12 ga Model 37 Turkey Slayer and Jebs .655 choke. Killed 4 this year from 15 to 58 yards.
-KenI patterned my Benneli 12 gauge at 40, 60 and 70 yards with 3” Apex. All three shots would kill a turkey. I shot a long beard at 20 yards and he never flopped. I am a believer!!!
-Bob KnoxI shot my first two Toms with the 3-1/2" Apex shells and I will never use anything else! First bird ever was at 40yd and my second was at 80yd. I dont think any other shell wouldve made the killshot on the second bird. I came to check the website out today to buy more but they are sold out everywhere, and I understand why! I can't wait to try their waterfowl loads for ducks this season.
-Luke H.Benelli SBE3, 24", 28ga. Jeb's XX-Full choke...IMPRESSIVE patterns!! When available again, I'll be ordering. Thanks for a great product and another option for us su-gauge fanatics.
-DK2026 Took two 1-ky and 1-Ill turkeys with 28 ga Indian creek 520 and apex #9, works great.
-CWDIXONBest shells ever killed my first bird at 40 yards through very thick brush The only shells I will ever buy
-Gavin mhave shot 125 turkeys since 1978 and these shells are a game changer. I DO NOT BELIEVE IN 60 YARD SHOTS OR EVEN 50 BUT WHEN YOUR HUNTING A OLD LONG BEARD ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU PULL THE TRIGGER THERE IS A BIG OLD LONGBEARD DOWN AND OUT. DO NOT PUSH STUFF THAT DOES NOT WORK BUT THIS STUFF IS A GAME CHANGER FOR SURE.
-TOM ULBRICHI shoot a wingmaster 28 full choke, it's a monster
-Chris OwensOut of my Remington 1187 with a 20’’ barrel, a cantilever scope mount , tipped with an Indian Creek .665 choke tube, long beards out past 70 yards are no match for the 12 g 3’’ loaded with 2 1/4 oz of number 71/2… Since switching to Apex when I discovered them at the Harrisburg Outdoor show when they first came out, I haven’t lost a bird. So far this season, I have dropped 3 birds in their tracks. 28 yards, 51 yards and 72 yards… This load is the best money can buy. It is worth every penny when the moment of truth arrives.
