At Apex Ammunition, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To facilitate the exchange process for defective or damaged items, we have established a streamlined Product Support system.​


Product Support Form

To initiate an exchange request:

  1. Access the Product Support Form: Visit our Product Support Page to complete the online form.
  2. Provide Required Information: Fill in all necessary details, including:
    • Personal Information: Full name, contact number, email address, and shipping address.
    • Purchase Details: Order number, date of purchase, and place of purchase.
    • Product Information: Product name, caliber/gauge, lot number, and quantity purchased.
    • Issue Description: Detailed explanation of the defect or damage encountered.
    • Supporting Evidence: Upload clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible defects (maximum file size: 4MB per image).​ 

Submit the Form: Once all information is provided, submit the form for review.​


Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

After reviewing your submission, our Customer Service Team will determine if your request qualifies for an exchange under our policy. If approved:​

  • RGA Number Issuance: You will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number via email.
  • Shipping Instructions: Detailed instructions on how to return the product will be provided.​

Important: Do not send any products back without obtaining an RGA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.​


Exchange Policy Highlights

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened ammunition, custom orders, and items not purchased directly from Apex Ammunition are not eligible for exchange.​


Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for exchange.

Recommended Shipping Methods: Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. Apex Ammunition is not liable for products lost or damaged during return transit.​
